Workshops & retreats

Workshops and retreats are effective ways to forge a new place of understanding within groups. Without spending meaningful time together, we cannot make the deep and authentic shifts towards authenticity, equity and purpose.

My workshops are safer places where attendees are encouraged to ask questions, voice their concerns, and share their frustrations, which leads to greater trust and accountability.

All of my workshops and retreats are designed to meet your unique needs and can be customized to last from a couple of hours to multiple days. Whatever format you choose, you can be sure there will be no corporate agenda, no performative spirituality, and no faerie shit. We will build a space of collective liberation right here, right now.

My coaching and facilitation style is vibrant and authentic — a magical mixture of truth-telling, a ton of empathy, humor and whimsy.

I use art and movement, theatre, and archetypes to help you refine your leadership voice and bring it to your teamwork and community building. I also work with teams and groups to support group dynamics that find the balance between meeting unique individual needs and moving the group forward toward its goals.
