Groups
After a decade of working with white people to center antiracism, I started meeting with small groups of white people to practice racial justice leadership in their work and in their personal lives. I can help give you the tools to fight white supremacy culture with realness, imagination, and vision.
New Ancestor Group Coaching
Whether it’s in the board room, in a staff meeting, or at the kitchen table, white people face situations that ask us to be leaders for racial justice.
We want to step up, but we may be unsure of ourselves, feel it's too risky, feel stuck, or worry that we don’t have credibility and will be seen as overstepping. Unfortunately, when we hesitate or pull back from the conversation, we can send a message that we don’t understand structural racism or that racial justice is not a high priority for us.
This program is for you if you are looking for community, skills, and strategies to center racial justice more clearly and consistently in your life.
Over six sessions, we will work together to:
Identify your personal lens
Lead from a racial justice vision that is unique to you but grounded in essential truths.Advance equity in your sphere
Receive support and accountability to transform your specific community and professional work.Mediate conflicts and give feedback
Practice how to strengthen relationships and foster connection across lines of race and power.Practice care rooted in justice
Change harmful systems, inflexible work cultures, and mean spaces by prioritizing trust, balance, and joy.
Email me to discuss how this program can help you move confidently into hard conversations and be the leader you want to be.
Collective Liberation Racial Justice Roundtable
White people, my people! We have work to do to be more effective, more loving and more courageous. Our monthly roundtable is a community of white people striving to be anti-racist with our neighbors, our family, and in our workplaces. We meet in a moderated setting to share our stories, support one another, and challenge ourselves to go deeper and expect more from each other and ourselves
What you'll get in our affinity group:
A consistent, no-shame support space for reflecting on how race shows up in our everyday lives
Tools for calling in our white peeps
Time for personal reflection and goal setting
“White people...have quite enough to do in learning how to accept and love themselves and each other, and when they have achieved this -- which will not be tomorrow and may very well be never -- the Negro problem will no longer exist, for it will no longer be needed.”
-- James Baldwin
PLEASE NOTE: All Roundtable funds go to a BIPOC resiliency space and its organizers.
